How does hair removal with elos work?
The Syneron Elos (electro-optical synergy) laser uses a unique combination of radio frequency and light to isolate the treatment area and leave the surrounding skin free from potentially harmful side effects. Only about 10% to 20% of the hair in any given area of the body is in the 'active' growth phase at any given time. Is hair removal with elos right for me?
Permanent hair reduction can be achieved by most patients with hair darker than their skin tone. White and blonde hair can not be treated lasers.

When can I expect to see results?
Hair growth is reduced with each treatment. Sometimes it takes a up to 3 or 4 treatments for you to see a noticeable difference. The total number of treatments required is based on your hair color and type, body area, and skin tone. During your initial consultation, Dr. Reinertson will personalize your treatment schedule for maximum results.

Does it hurt?
Individual experience varies, but most people only feel a slight sensation like tiny pin pricks, or rubber band snaps.
